Research On Practical Ability Of Management Undergraduates From The Perspective Of Collaborative Innovation

The quality of personnel cultivation is related with the development of our country’s society and economy. Present society needs versatile talents who possess steady knowledge of theory and strong practical ability meanwhile. The cultivation of undergraduates who belong to majors of management plays an important role in Chinese higher education. Under the environment of the educational administration system reform and the adjustment of specially structure, the improvement of practical capacity means a lot to the students of management majors. However, at the present stage the level of the cultivation of the undergraduates of the management majors still can’t satisfy the new requirements that society demands. And the imbalance between supply and demand of talents of management majors in the job market still exists. This article is based on the features of management majors and the quality requirements of the management talents and it discusses the new methods to improve the practical capacity of the undergraduates of management majors with the collaborative and creative theories.This research selects the undergraduates of management majors from five provincial universities and colleges in Anhui province as respondents. First, it discusses the basic capacities that a university student should posses, the professional practical capacities of management majors and comprehensive practical ability to generalize the formation of undergraduates in management majors. Secondly, it helps to know the situation of the cultivation of practical ability of students in management majors at the present stage and students’ evaluation to the cultivation of practical ability through questionnaire and the arrangement and statistics of date. It also helps to find out the problems and shortages during the cultivation and the influence factors that restrict the practical ability’s improvement of students of management majors. Finally, it provides a platform to help improve the practical ability of students of management majors and set up more perfect and systematic system of the practical ability cultivation with the guidance of collaborative and creative theories. Under the corporate guarantee of system, culture, fund and profit, it stimulates the enthusiasm of universities, government, employment units and to involve in the practical ability cultivation of undergraduates of management majors. It is beneficial to the improvement and development of management majors and helpful to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of talents of management majors in the job market.
