With the transformation of the economic and social system, especially vigorously promotion of the innovation of social governance, construct system, pattern of "small government, big society" and the diversification of demand for public services, the status of social organization in the development of our society becomes more and more important. At present most of social organizations in our country are in development initial stage, on the one hand, it has a lot of problems, but on the other hand the development potential is also huge. In this context, drawing lessons from the advanced experience of foreign countries and regions, the development of social organization as a way to promote the development of social organization. Previous domestic social organization cultivation, is training center is given training organization, including funds, training, resources and support; previous supervisory service, multi focus in professional coaching skills. This kind of social organization cultivation mode and supervision mode has certain limitation, and can’t meet the needs of the development of a large number of grassroots social organizations in China. How to cultivate the center, the initial stage of social organizations and the organic connection of college teachers, innovative social organizations to nurture and supervise the service, become the issue of concern.This text uses qualitative research methods to present the supervisory service of Shizhu Project that college school teachers help Xinlian family psychotherapy Center (hereinafter to be referred as Xinlian) located in Gulou district. This project organized by the Amity social organization training center aims to draw lessons and introspect problems from this supervisory service, and also explore the possibility and feasibility of social organization training centers, college school teachers and newly social organizations.Some suggestions also recommend in this project about improving the way of providing supervision service for college school teachers to intervene in the newly social organizations.The results of the study showed that Shizhu Project organized by the Amity have made some degree of growth and progress that five newly social organizations accept the supervision and service of college school teachers. This shows the possibility and feasibility of the combination of the training center, college teachers and social organizations, as well as the realization of the organizations’development. This way of working in the reality surely exists some problems, such as the difficulty of controlling college teachers in the service, the contradictions between cultivation-center administrative requirements and the teachers’research task etc.. Research inflects that we need to improve our work from the following aspects:firstly, to the cultivating center level, we shall make matching evaluation and streamline the project process management about the college teachers introduced in; secondly, to the supervisors level, supervisors should clearly positioning themselves in the macro level enhance their supervisory capacity; thirdly, to the level of newly social organizations, they should adapt the supervision mode, reduce the dependence on supervisors, what the most important is they should have flexible organization operation, which can realize sustainable development of the organization.This paper mainly consists of six parts. The first chapter is introduction, aiming at the current situation of the development of social organizations, put forward the research topic. The second chapter is the literature review, reviews the related concepts and theories. The third chapter is the research methods and process, expounds the research methods and the insufficiency, and described the architecture. The fourth chapter is the case study, through participant observation, emerged the supervision service process and results of College Teachers intervened in Nanjing Gulou Xinlian family psychological nursing center (referred to as "the Xinlian"). The fifth chapter is the reflection and recommendations. Summarize the experience of the teacher involved in the start-up social organization providing supervision service, to reflect on the problem and the feasibility of the organic connection, and to improve the way of working.
