The most important way to inspect teachers’quality of instruction is to evaluate their teaching behavior. It is also an effect way for teacher’development. Now the traditional evaluation strategies are facing challenges from the Class Selection System which make the teachers’ responsibility for students’ learning performance can’t be guaranteed. Therefore, how to rebuild teachers’ teaching behavior evaluation system become an realistic issue. Given this, this research based on the investigation of current situation and using theoretical study, international comparison and case study to have a deep exploration about teachers’ teaching behavior evaluation with the background of Class Selection System. The research include six parts:The introduction part elaborated the background and significance of the research. Then have a summary of the relevant studies and introduces the idea and method.The first chapter analyzed the influence of the evaluation system reform on teacher’s teaching behavior. According to the influencing factors of teacher’s teaching behavior and the teachers’ behavior model theories, this part explore how the evaluation system affect teacher’s teaching behavior.The second chapter studied problems caused in the three high school who are using Class Selection System. Among these problems, teachers’ teaching behavior evaluation is the focus.The third chapter summarized the two different teachers’teaching evaluations which include the indirect evaluation based on students’ learning results and the direct evaluation based on teacher’s teaching process. It is also the analysis framework of this article.In the fourth and fifth chapters, the researcher put forward the strategies and suggestions about the teachers’teaching behavior evaluation. We can use value-added evaluation and team performance appraisal to make the indirect evaluation better. In addition, we can optimize the standard formulation, classroom observation, student evaluation of teaching and the relevant systems to improve teachers’ behavior.
