First of all, a thorough understanding of the relevant concepts of popular culture is analyzed in the literature. Secondly, by comparing and analyzing on in Japan students in art textbooks and lesson of teaching art, Shanghai area survey and found that China to "pop culture" for the issue of art curriculum in primary and secondary school existing problems and analyzes the reasons.
