The Research Of Internationalization Development Strategies In Shandong Provincial Universities

In the increasingly development of economic globalization, the competition increasingly fierce, higher education internationalization has become an unstoppable trend, cultivating international talents has become the only way for the development of national economy. But the strength of different internationalization level is a big gap between colleges and universities. Provincial universities are poor of provincial funds, high education teachers and other substances. Therefore, in the process of internationalization of higher education, should attach importance to the key universities as well as Provincial universities. The promotion of the internationalization level of Shandong provincial universities to promote local economic development, is of great significance to improve overall strength of higher education in Shandong Province.This article focus on provincial universities in Shandong Province, based on the theory of globalization and international understanding education theory, through the ways of the literature method, interview method, comparative method, analyze six elements such as internationalization consciousness, communication of teachers and students, curriculum internationalization and internationalization of scientific research, cooperation in running schools, international conditions and so on, put forward some questions such as the internationalization development idea is weak, the international flow of teachers and students proportion is low, internationalization curriculum level is not high, the international scientific research is weak,the contradiction between scale and quality of Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools is obvious, effective evaluation system is not found, international information disclosure mechanism is not sound, international capital source channel is single, so we should do internationalization concept of perfect system planning, take personnel training as the core of international key indicators, set up internationalization development alliance, establishing classified guidance of index system, perfecting the information disclosure mechanism, establishing a diversified investment system and establishing the international organization.
