Paiticipating in tennis training will improve the physical quality especially stamina qulity of primary school students, but seldom domestic and foreign literature were mentioned on its mechanism about the influence of tennis training on stamina qulity of primary school students. The research aim to study the mechanism that tennis training can improve the physical quality of primary school students from the aspects of cardiopulmonary function, and finally provide the fundamental theory and practical basis for the extensive development of tennis.Objects of this paper include experimental group and control group. Both of those have 15(7grils,8boys) primary school students that are 6 to 7years old, which are respectively from Hundred Kind of Sport and Huilonghuan primary school of Changping district, Beijing. Testing motion indexes and indexes of body function(motion indexes:skip rope in one minute,400 meters running, body function:lung capacity, heart rate, ejection fraction, cardiat output, stroke volume, shortening fraction)by using color Doppler ultrasonic cardiogram, spirometer and stopwatch after and before 24 weeks’tennis training intervention of 15 primary school students, and analyze it. The results will be compared with the control group. The experimental results:The comparison of experimental group and control group showed that skip rope in one minute and 400 meters running both had significant difference in the experimental group between girls and boys after 24 weeks’tennis training intervention, and control group were not significan. It also showed that lung capacity had significant difference(Before:average ± standard deviation; After:average ± standard deviation;P<0.01) in the experimental group between girls and boys after 24 weeks’tennis training intervention, and it was also significant in the control group on girls. From the aspects of heart function, ejection fraction, cardiat output, stroke volume and shortening fraction had significant difference (P<0.05) in the experimental group between girls and boys after 24 weeks’tennis training intervention, and control group were not significant, but heart rate had not significant difference in the experimental group. In aword, tennis training can improve heart function after 24 weeks’tennis training intervention, and compared with control group. Conclusion:it showed that 24 weeks’tennis training significantly improved stamina quality of primary school students;it partly means improving the cardiopulmonary function after 24 weeks’tennis training.
