China hasn’t had logistic major since the ancient times. Moreover, there is no professional institution to foster logistic talent people. Fighting and military supplies depend on the use of military leader’s people virtue and talent. Not only does the head of army have the right of military command to the army, but also has absolute control over finance. The absolute control over finance makes the military leader regard the property as his owns. The serious corruption will be brought about over long time. There are many obvious logistic problems. After the establishment of the Republic of China, political situation becomes slightly stable. In order to resolve these serious logistic problems, it is necessary to make the logistic independent. The logistic school was built on March 20 in 1912. This school especially fosters the logistic talent people.After logistic school was established, politic and social current situation have effect on it. With the government several migrating, the first is that Yuan Shih-kai gets the result of revolution. And logistic school was moved to Peking. The Nanking national government unified the country after the victory of the Northern Expedition. The school moved back to Nanking. After broke out of the Japanese invasion of China, in order to continue to run a school and save education strength, the school has to move into Ji’an in Jiangxi province. And it moved to Chongqing in February 1938. Finally, it moved back to Nanking in 1946.At the beginning of this article, the author discusses background of establishing logistic school. It includes the historical origins, the needs of its own internal contradictions, domestic development opportunities and the stimulation from the development of foreign logistic. And the author clearly demonstrates the nature of the logistic school- logistic college subordinate to minister. At the same time the author narrates the damage of the Japanese invasion of China and the main reason for National government moving the capital to Chongqing. In the second part, the author discusses management and adjustment about the logistic school. First of all, the author discusses continuous improvement, better and more rational institutions to manage school. Then author discusses that logistic School does not have other majors and only set different class and the corresponding curriculum, recruitment requirements, faculty, student trainee and employment situation. The goal is to understand and know about the logistic school. In the third part of the article, the author discusses the spirit of the military school in details. The first is to elaborate people’s different views or understanding about the spirit of school. Secondly, author concludes and expounds the essence of school spirit by the changing of school motto and the need of social environment. The spirit is fairness, strictness and impartiality. Then analyzes and discusses that school spirit is applied to all aspects of students by political education, education practice, model learning, which has positive impact to students. And finally author analyzes and discusses the spirit of logistic school give all students and drillmasters confidence to overcome the difficulties and the determination to logistic service, remaining and defeating the enemy. At the end of the article, the author discusses the education features and historical contribution to the victory of anti-Japanese war and promoting civil cultural awareness, and developing defects.In general, the logistic school is the only one school to foster logistic talent people. Then its approach to enrollment, class curriculum, the time of class and teaching management has an obvious change when it is moved to Chongqing. It conforms to the need of wartime, fosters many logistic talent people for anti-Japanese war and makes important contribution for the victory of the anti-Japanese war.
