The aging tendency has brought profound impact to Chinese society. Developing elder education, achieving worthiness, it’s an effective means to transform an aging population burden into the community social resources. This research focus on the new form —elderly learning team, with three teams for the study, research method include documentary method, interview method and participatory survey, based on the Active Aging theory,in the dimension of Healthy, Participation and Safeguard, analysis the function of the elder learning team. This article is divided into three parts, seven chapters:The first part (chapter one and two) introduced the research background, research meaning, problems, and design. According to the research topic, sorted out relevant research overview, defined the core concepts.The second part (chapter three, four, five and six) is the key part of this article, in the dimension of Healthy, Participation and Safeguard, analysis the function of the elder learning team.Based on the date, believed that involving in elderly learning team, can promoting the health of the elderly, deepening social participation of older persons, and sublimating their security concept.The third part (chapter seven) is conclusion and reflection, summarized the key point and findings, and then reflected the lack of research.
