Research On Improving College Students’ Legal Literacy Under The Background Of The Rule Of Law

College students are the backbone of the future of the rule of law society, to strengthen college students’ education of legal system, improve the legal accomplishment of college students has aroused attention from all walks of life, is not only the important content of the rule of law, is also an important task to ideological and political education workers.This paper adopts literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, interview method, such as research methods, in learning and absorbing previous scholars on the basis of research achievements at home and abroad, this article from the rule of law background significance of improving the legal literacy of university students, the selection of three universities in the northeast of college students by questionnaire and interview, and analyze the obtained first-hand information, sorting out the rule of law under the background of the current situation of college students’legal literacy and the existing problems, and the influencing factors of college students’legal quality of full system analysis, and finally, on the basis of this puts forward under the background of the rule of law way of improving the legal literacy of university students. The main research contents and results were as follows:First of all, the study about the present situation of college students legal quality. Analysis pointed out that due to poor legal environment, the constraints of traditional rule of man thought, and the influence of the negative effects of network, the importance of the college students’ legal quality education in colleges and universities needs to be strengthened, college students’legal quality education content and education method needs to be improved, and the cultivation of the family, "intellectual education moral education" mode, the influence of parents to ignore legal literacy education of their children, college students’self consciousness is not strong, college students’ self-control weaker causes the part of the current situation of college students’ lack of legal literacy.Finally, put forward under the background of the rule of law way of improving the legal literacy of university students.
