The Balance Of Supply And Demand Of National Student Loan

As of August 2014,9 provinces in China raised university tuition fee, and 6 provinces were starting to adjust the charges. Rosing university tuition will alleviate the financial pressure, increase the fund for higher education and improve the quality of higher education. But that will increase the economic burden of the students and their families. Rosing university tuition has became a reality or will become a fact, if poor students can enroll university has aroused widespread concern in society once again. And the national student loan which is the main funding for poor students is the key to solve this problem. The Henan provincial government and the China Development Bank established "Henan model", which because of its remarkable effect has became the typical model of national student loan.The study will explore the balance of supply and demand of national student loan, through the survey about poor students’ national student loan demand and satis faction degree. The study will also talk about whether university tuition should rise and poor students can enroll university with the objective survey data, and put forward some suggestions to improve the national student loan. This study not only has strong practical significance, but also has high academic value. This study take Henan Province and X University as an example. Based on the "Requirements satisfaction degree" and "satisfaction degree" of national student loans to explore the balance of supply and demand of national student loan. And from micro perspective using accurate quantitative data to Research is the original of the study. The study found that the needs of the national student loan and satisfaction is very high, the national student loan in Henan Province works well.
