Integrative practice activity curriculum was put forward in 2001 and now it had been 15 years, in the 15 years of development, although many researchers have studied it from different angles, also has yielded the rich result. But there are still many problems still exist in the course of implementation, these problems seriously hindered the development of integrative practice activity curriculum in primary school, lead to the implementation of the effect is not ideal.First, using the literature methodology to so far the related synthesis practice curriculum correlation research has combed with the summary, built the rationale from theory obtaining for the next step practice research. Secondly, using the method of questionnaire survey, interview and observation have carried on the investigation to the Yingkou 5 primary school’s synthesis practice curriculum implementation present situations, and has carried on the simple analysis to the investigation result. Then, based on investigation and research, to further tap the existing problems in the implementation of comprehensive practical activities in primary schools, and analyses the causes of these problems. Finally, respectively from the school, teachers and students of the three aspects of the existing problems put forward the corresponding countermeasures.This research embarks from the reality, synthesizes the question to the elementary school which the practice curriculum implements exists, proposed the practical and feasible solution countermeasure, this has the extremely important model function to the whole advancement synthesis practice curriculum implementation. Only the part, a balanced development of all regions, in order to achieve the comprehensive practice and activity curriculum of compulsory, in order to reflect the course plays an important role in the curriculum reform of basic education, which to promote the balanced development of basic education, as well as the realization of quality education has very important value.
