National Swimming Championships Status Analysis And Countermeasure Study

With the rapid development of the society, the physical and mental health of teenagers have been given more and more attention of society, society needs the talents with develop morally, intellectually and physically, thus each Department pay more attention of the school sports. Since 1975, the ministry of education set up "Tiyu Si" in our country, and joined the International University Sports Federation, after that the Ministry of Education take measures to improve students physique, and carry out the amateur sports training and competition actively, to cultivate a high level of college athletes in the colleges and universities, make school sports technical level has reached the domestic advanced level, which can undertake important tasks on the world university games and the world competition.This article through the literature material law, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and logic analysis to the 2014 national swimming championships university students at present carried on the investigation and study, to collection and analysis of the survey data, delving into the various factors which restrict the development of the national swimming championships, and puts forward corresponding Suggestions to solve these problems, for further popularization and development of the college students’swimming in China provide the basis of theory and reality, so as to promote students’ development of swimming sports in our country. Study concluded that:1, the national swimming championships participating units, participants are more than the past, and a number of national college students’records, using the latest group competition for a successful tournament.2, athletes age level is reasonable, widely distributed, involving economic, literature, sports, education and other professional, athletes are undergraduates, a small number of graduate students adhere to compete. 3, coaches age structure concentrated in 30 to 40 years old, title to speak.According to the actual situation of the investigation put forward the following Suggestions:1、improve the teaching mechanism, for high level athletes according to their aptitude.2、improve the recognition of the coaches, carries on the essence of effective incentive.3、develop a comprehensive stability of the race.4、meticulous clear race group category, improve improve athlete qualification system.5、to join the points system, expand the number and participation, let the athletes get full development.
