Hockey Team Development Condition Analysis And Research From Beijing Middle School

In order to understand and promote the development of Beijing Middle School hockey team, the paper uses literature, interview method, questionnaires, mathematical-statistics and comparative analysis to have a study and survey on the four more advanced Middle School hockey team in Beijing. The reasearch show that,first, under the support of the government and schools,the secondary schools in Dongcheng, Chaoyang, Changping, Haidian, Fengtai,Xicheng, Tongzhou and Mentougou District have set up a hockey team. Among them, Beijing No.1 Middle School, Experimental School attached to the Capital Normal University school,Changping District No.2 Middle school, ZhiChunLi Middle School are the most mature;Second, the selection of the Beijing Middle school hockey team for the athletes can not cross their respective administrative areas, the selections of the coaches have their own distinguishing features but they are not comprehensive enough; third, middle school hockey teams have a relatively reasonable age structure, balanced sex ratio.the most athletes are lack of training and exercise experience, don’t have the motion class and generally have a positive motivation to join the hockey team;fourth, Beijing Middle school hockey teams don’t have adequate hardware equipment for instance, they have a serious lack of professional hockey venues, in addition to Changping District No.2 Middle school; firth, the coaches of Beijing middle school hockey team are from professional teams and have high sports level, but they are lack of coaching experience and the sex ratio is not reasonable, their research capacity need to be increased; sixth, Beijing middle school coaches prefer the small cycle training program, the weekly training schedule of Changping District No.2 Middle school and ZhiChunLi Middle School are more reasonable, the training time on the summer vacation in Beijing No.1 Middle School and ZhiChunLi Middle School are insufficient, four schools pay more attention to physical training, technical and tactical training, and they are lack of expertise in psychological quality training; seventh, the major damage of four middle schools athletes are open injury of big leg and the arm caused by the hit from the ball and the stick,the reasons of major damage are incorrect technical movements and insufficient preparation,their injury prevention method is comprehensive, but many athletes will insist injured training;eighth, the Beijing Middle school hockey teams participate in provincial and municipal race2-3 times a year, but only participate in a national competition once a year; ninth, the funding source of middle school hockey team is too single and not enough to adapt the team development needs; tenth, the main development intention of middle school hockey players are normal entrance to higher school, and it’s prone to talent fault after junior high stage.For the development of middle school hockey teams, the suggestions are as follows: 1expand athletes selection source, optimize the selection system; 2 improve training securitysystem and the hardware resource allocation; 3 form a more reasonable coach team; 4 build more scientific training system; 5. enhance the scientific level of the injury prevention and control; 6. improve further education system to avoid talent fault; 7. improve competition system, strengthen the team exchange.
