Picture books as an exotic has existed for hundreds of years of history. It has been 50 years since the introduction of picture book from abroad into China, with the vigorous promotion of new curriculum, the study on teaching of picture writing in the junior stage of primary school has never stopped, while a beneficial trial on the teaching method of combination of picture book with the picture writing has been done in school.This paper was mainly based on the new curriculum standard, guided by the relevant curriculum theories and teaching theories and other theories, taking the foreign and domestic theories of study on picture book and study and practice of picture book and picture writing as the background, the investigation method, interview method, case analysis method and other research methods were applied, on the basis of the fond of picture book by the students in junior stage, this paper conducted a study on the solution to the problems existing in the teaching of picture writing, it studied and explored the issues as to how to improve the teaching level of picture writing with the help of picture book.The reason why in the elementary school lower grade carry out picture books in teaching writing, the main reason is that, the low segment of the Chinese teaching, the students written language expression ability tend to lag behind the ability of language expression, how to promote the written language expression ability and language expression ability to enhance the synchronization has been an important subject in teaching, the language teacher teaching. Therefore, to carry out the teaching activities is the need of education reform.This paper is Based on the current situation, the teacher fully triggered the students’interest in picture writing through listening, speaking, looking, reading, asking, discussion, writing, imagining, acting, creating and other practical activities in the process of teaching of picture book and picture writing, the students’ability to read pictures had been developed, a large number of vocabulary and sentence pattern had been accumulated, the classical literary structures had been simulated, and the imagination space had been broadened, secondly, the teacher applied multiple patterns to the teaching of picture writing, such as the use of multimedia and task-based teaching and so on, and constructed an excellent learning environment of picture writing to arouse the students’desire for learning picture writing, which lays a firm foundation for promoting the improvement of picture writing ability.
