The outstanding national music education is the development of music education in our "roots", the nation is the world. We must not lose yourself in the music learning foreign educational resources at the same time. But we should start from early childhood, from folk rhymes, children’s songs, folk games and other content themes start to cultivate children of the ethnic music of the region’s affection. Xinyang folk songs as an important part of Chinese folk music, through which not only the United States education for young children, can also love of education, but also to give full play to the application with the local cultural and traditional local music education resources. But with the passage of time and the development of social life, Xinyang folk struggling in the history of the flood.
