The traditional intelligence test, the measured results can only reflect the subjects of language intelligence and logic mathematics intelligence; The traditional examoriented education are also more likely to adopt question paper test, which inevitably the ability evaluation of subjects is not comprehensive. The theory of Multiple Intelligences is that everyone has intelligences and is diverse, Only intelligences everybody is different. So how to use multiple intelligence theory in social work? At present based on the theory of multiple intelligences in social work practice does not see more, about the application of the theory of multiple intelligences in children’s social work research is little.The enlightenment of multiple intelligences project as the research object,through the field observation, the author study the enlightenment of multiple intelligences project implementation process, process evaluation, found the problem and reason analysis, put forward the proposal, finally from the theory of multiple intelligences in children’s social work and multiple intelligence enlightenment project of the application of in social work two angles puts forward my own opinions.In this paper, first the paper introduces research background, and clarify research significance, introduces the research design. Analysis of the relations between and among the theory of multiple intelligences, 7 to 12 years old children’s characteristics and community work,explain the enlightenment of multiple intelligences project carried out in the possibility of Z community. Then simple introduce from the project background, project plan content, focus on the theory of multiple intelligences in the practical application of the children’s social work, with Naturalist intelligence "happy farmers" group as an example, the authors adopt participatory observation and unstructured interview to collect data from such ways as, in combination with the author’s practice, analyses the problems in the project in the implementation process, summarized achievements reflection for the enlightenment of multiple intelligences project, put forward my own Suggestions and strategies. Finally, the author in the research, proposed the theory of multiple intelligence in children’s revelation of the application of social work and the enlightenment of multiple intelligences project revelation of social work. Epilogue is the innovation of this study point and the difficulty of analysis, and further research suggestions.
