With the continuous development of society, more and more closely the links between people, so good communication skills have become essential qualities of modern citizens. According to the famous psychologist Vygotsky’s learning critical period theory, childhood is a critical period of language development of a person, which corresponds to the primary school education refers to the stage.Accordingly, oral communication teaching in primary schools on the development stage of a person’s overall quality is particularly important.Yu Yongzheng teacher is the first teacher of the Ministry of education “cross century project of famous teachers”, there is no one in the elementary school language educational circles do not know him. In the long-term primary school language education practice, Mr. Yu formed a unique “attention to interest, attention to sentiment, attention to the accumulation, emphasis on migration, attention to habits”of the “Five” teaching style. This is the overall summary of his art of education. Mr.Yu pays special attention to oral communication teaching, and starting from 1983,primary school Chinese “verbal communication expression training” experiment was carried out, as results, provides a glimmer of teachers’ oral communication teaching many effective teaching methods to practice.Based on constructivism learning theory and situated learning theory as the theoretical support, through case study, classroom observation and literature analysis method for Yu Yongzheng’s oral communication teaching case were systematically, in order to obtain the beneficial enlightenment to the present oral communication teaching. The article consists of five parts: the first part is the introduction, including research origin and the research significance, the definition of the basic concepts,basic theory, research methods and literature review; the second part is for the classification of Yu Yongzheng’s oral communication teaching; the third part is through the case for the characteristics of the teacher oral communication teachinganalysis; the fourth part is on the exploration of the reasons for the success of teacher communicative language teaching; the fifth part on the basis of analysis of the current status of primary school language teaching oral communication, and summarized for teachers teaching oral communication practice teachers of oral communication teaching some beneficial enlightenment.
