On Vocational Education Curriculum System Construction By Integrating The Secondary And Higher Vocational Education

The vocational education of our country has entered a new era of rapid development in the new century; however, the vocational education system as an important part of education system is still not perfect. The problems exist in secondary vocational education and higher vocational education- the two significant parts of vocational education,such as irrational specialty settling, mismatching talent cultivation and inadequate teaching and evaluation, especially many problems existed in linking the secondary and higher vocational education. In order to better link secondary and higher vocational education, the integration of secondary and higher vocational education begin its reform and exploration.This paper takes the design integration of international business major integrating secondary and higher vocational education as the breakthrough point, initiating some experimental investigation of international business major curriculum construction by integration of secondary and higher vocational education.The paper consists of the three parts. First, it tries its best to fully gasp and analyze the reality of the curriculum construction of the international business major in secondary vocational education and higher vocational education system by means of document research, questionnaire and interview, case study and so on, taking the example of international business major. Secondly, this paper takes the identification of a full participant in the integration of secondary and higher vocational education in international business major in Shanghai Dianji University and Shanghai Southwest Engineering School, to analyze its reality of curriculum construction and the vocational education curriculum system construction by integrating the secondary and higher vocational education. Finally, the paper takes the integration of the construction of the course of the international commercial law as an example poses some basic principles and thoughts on present international business major curriculum construction by integrating secondary and higher vocational education, striving to better strengthen and perfect it.The curriculum construction of international business major integrating secondary and higher vocational education is a systematic project. As the limited knowledge and working experience, the research sample selects international business major by integrating secondary and higher vocational education in Shanghai Dian Ji University and Shanghai Southwest Engineering school in Min Hang District, which may cause the limitation of the research sample. In spite of this, the paper will hopefully give a basic knowledge of the curriculum construction of international business major integrating secondary and higher vocational education in a typical case. Furthermore, any inappropriate parts or views in this paper are under discussion and any comments are appreciated.
