| Since human society went to the 21st century,we have been into a knowledge-based and comprehensive information technology oriented era.Science and technology as the primary productive forces that is a concrete manifestation of the comprehensive national strength,so different countries in different regions in the field of science and technology competition has intensified these years.Technological competition need high-quality and high-tech talent as the support,so university as the training and export base,its importance has become increasingly prominent.Archival undertaking is a seemingly trivial but significant scientific and cultural undertakings.Founding 60 years,university archives from none to exist,fall behind to development,scratch to builded,chaos to legislative norms builded,which the tortuous tough archive person can understand only.Because of many generations’ efforts,finally we got remarkable strides.At the same time we should be noted that the problems of University Archives.Now most of universities have been to established their own school archives, although university archives have same character with other types of archives but still have big difference.University Archives as organization belong to university,have qualified permanent preservation of archives.The unique content collections of University Archives is different from other types of archives with educational functions.University Archives as a precious non-renewable cultural resources,and how to dig deep value,explore its educational function is file a major issue in front of people.In order to further tap the resources of University Archives, maximize the value,we should establish a new concept and actively create public-oriented "service" Archives.So the quality service of University Archives is an important factor for Archives Universities.University Archives improve service should be take three-pronged approaches.First,we should enhance service awareness,and secondly to improve service capabilities, and finally expand the scope of services.Taking higher education as the background,selecting University Archives as a research object aimed at improve quality of service University Archives in detail.During the study, the first to carry out a basic overview of University Archives, to elaborate on the nature of its aspects,attributes and characteristics, and then compare the similarities and differences to Public Records archives, corporate archives and specialized archives,analysis differences each other,leads to the most important part of text that is factors of University archives service quality.First,analyze the status of the Service of University Archives,based on the principle choose evaluation index of University archives Quality of service.And build first and second levels.Build model through using hierarchical analysis,and calculated by the conclusion of University archives to identify factors influence the quality of service, and finally deal with the problems,put forward specific measures to optimize the service quality of University archives. |
