| Objective:to study the different intensity of right upper limb strength training through cross transfer phenomenon of the influence of the left upper limb strength quality. Meaning:the unilateral limb movement project, how far can cause imbalances, training for the muscles to balance and improve performance provides the theory basis; For body side injury stage sports training to provide theoretical reference.Methods:40 participants of male college students without training experience, and with his right hand, and randomly divided into four groups, respectively degree of upper arm circumference, explosive force, maximum strength, muscular endurance, on the right side of the upper limbs for 8 weeks, three times a week, each group of the strength training of different intensity. The quality of the final testing on the left side of the upper limbs strength change.Results:(1) In any intensity of training, the right upper arm on the left upper limb circumference of no change. (2) The training side upper limb explosive growth (3.93%~4.03%), the largest power growth (5.15% 5.93%), muscular endurance growth (8.25%~9.26%). (3) The upper extremity strength comparison, the same group on the left side of the upper limb growth of about 60% of the right upper arm.Conclusion:(1) The experimenter in four different training intensity, on the right side of upper body strength quality is the biggest increase of the muscular endurance, followed by maximum strength and explosive force agreement (range), degree of the right upper arm circumference will increase because of the different training intensity varies. (2) The right side of the upper extremity after eight weeks after different intensity of strength training, to improve the quality of the lateral upper body strength training in the biggest are muscular endurance, the second is the largest power, finally the explosive force, rather than training surrounded degree almost no change in the lateral upper limbs. (3) From the growth after two months of training, the advantages of the lateral growth of 52.34% to 70.36% of the dominant side, shows that unilateral limb movement project is relatively large, mainly about imbalances. (4) The unilateral limb movement project, the advantages of lateral upper limbs strength quality also increases, the endurance growth is most obvious.Suggestions:(1) The athletes, especially the unilateral limb movement project athlete must strengthen the dominant side strength training, not only in order to solve the problem of imbalance around, when training the dominant side, also the corresponding percentage of promote the improvement of quality of the power of the dominant side. (2) By unilateral limb movement project athlete training muscle to restore balance by the strength of the upper limb surrounded degree group (75%1 rm) training. Using the strength of the upper limb surrounded degree group rebalancing training, not only will the corresponding percentage of improve the quality of the other forces, will be in the form will have to improve. (3) If it is unilateral limb injury during recovery training again, can use power group, the biggest strength, muscular endurance of strength training, such both neither can cause of left and right side upper limb surrounded degree difference increases further, also won’t affect other power quality enhancement. (4) The deficiency of this study is to test the maximum strength, muscular endurance, and formulate the training load intensity, unable to use more precise instruments, although this experiment adopts many experimental samples to try to minimize the error, but the result of the experiment is still likely to exist a certain error. |
