Chinese teaching in Thailand is currently in a state of blossom everywhere, but there are many problems on the teaching, such as lacking of teachers and teaching materials, students’ abilities limited, without high teaching quality and so on.Especially the Chinese teaching in ordinary high school(not Chinese School) is just at the starting stage, Chinese learning atmosphere is not strong, and the teaching work carrying out smoothly or not depends partly on the effectiveness of classroom management. The dissertation take the actual teaching situation in sawangarom middle school and the surrounding schools where there are Chinese volunteers teaching as an example, according to the common problems appearing in the initial stage of Chinese teaching in Thailand’s ordinary middle school, proposed that changing the approach of teaching, effectively controlling the classroom, and harmonizing the interpersonal relationships should be the strategy, hope to provide some guidance opinions to Chinese teachers in succession in the initial stage of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, especially for Chinese volunteer teachers who are lack of experience in teaching.
