Since China implemented class system of secondary education, teaching efficiency improved, at the same time, individual differences of students gradually reflected. The differences between the capacity of understanding, digesting, and absorbing knowledge and the factors such as personality, family, social of the students all effected students’ mastery of knowledge. This kind of effect reflect on the level of test scores. Therefore, in the late modern education reform, more and more prospective eugenic phenomenon emerged which is the problemwe educators have to face and solve.Quasi-eugenics refers to a kind of students have trouble achieving expected learning outcomes because they have some difficulties during obtaining knowledge and learning skills. As of the 21 st century, China’s more than 300 million students, quasi-eugenic number was up to 5,000 people among more than 300 million Chinese students. Such a proportion indicated the quasi-eugenic problem hasn’t been properly solved and we need to explore more effective measures. Mutual assistance mode, also known as mutual learning mode, was initially proposed by European which is a learning mode emphasis on student-centered learning. It’s theoretical basis is the communication theory formed after the functionalism.This model is more conducive for students to develop a self-comprehension and self-digestion process which is dominated by the autonomous mode through discussion and reflection. This mode not only help the students understand knowledge, but also meet the New Curriculum requirements of student’s subjectivity and diversity.Concerning the issue of how to turn for the quasi-eugenic, education hasn’t found a good way. In this paper, I used the practice of mutual aid model as the experimental form, explored the influence of mutual assistance model to the alignment pattern eugenics transformation. Based on the high school chemistry curriculum standards and further conducted psychological analysis and behavior analysis toward eugenics identified the causes and remedy. After the eugenics were effectively helped conduct mutual learning, their basic skills and methods of chemistry learning, method of scientific learning, awareness of self-learning, the ability of mutual communicating and assistance with classmates were improved, at the same time, students’ self-confidence and initiative were excellent transferred. The mutual assistance model will provide some experience and reference for Quasi-eugenic conversion in the future.
