Mathematics is from a junior high school education is an important subject.However due to the constraints of rural junior high school mathematics teaching resources,teachers' teaching ability exist shortage and other reasons,many rural students learning mathematics interest is not high,weak motivation,and in which can actively participate in learning the number is very few.Long in the past is not only conducive to enhance the learning level of the number of students,and easy to appear the tendency of "passive learning" generalization,for rural students in junior high school stage of the overall academic bring negative effect.In 2004,in Qingdao City,Shandong Province,a rural middle school,Jimo 28 launched the "harmonious cooperation" teaching experiment,has achieved good teaching effect in the continuous practice and reflection,and become a model for many schools to follow.Based on this,this article in the analysis of "harmonious cooperation" teaching strategy of concept connotation and application value at the same time,combined with constructivism,humanism,meta cognition theory interpretation of the launched "harmonious cooperation" teaching strategies on the basis of the theory.And from based on the research of the actual situation,to carry out pre preview of "friends";deepen multidimensional inquiry,advance "mentorship" autonomous learning;classroom to strengthen cooperation,the organization "friends" TA Xi;strengthen the classroom training,deepen the "friends" mutual practice;innovation of evaluation methods,implementation of the "friends" pluralistic assessment habit of put forward "harmonious" path of implementation of the teaching strategy.In order to test the feasibility and effectiveness of the strategy,two classes the author taught junior high school as the experimental object,sample class in cognitive performance,learning effect were compared,after the discovery of the experimental class test data is significantly better than the pretest data,which shows the strategy also can guide the students to spend a complete study and to promote students' learning initiative promotion..This paper is mainly based on rural junior middle school students' learning habits,mathematics learning of a weak economic foundation,through a series of methods and measures,lets the student to active learning mathematical transformation process to enhance the students learning interest and confidence in mathematics.
