In recent years, the functional trainingg has a good effect in the competitive sports field, and it obtain many experts and scholars’ recognition. So it is used in many other fields, and get some good results. Nowadays, our country organized experts to making fitness and health monitoring, and began to doing physique spot test. But the test result is not optimism. Although the theory of the functional trainingg has using in many fields, the research and application in the school still very poor. So, this thesis based on the elementary school students’ physical fitness, rely on their big break sports, using the the functional trainingg as methods, after filtrating、analyzing and experts’ selection, arranging a set of movement the functional trainingg bodybuilding exercise. After prediction and practical application, analyzing the date and result from the training. Then confirm the training’s effect, and promote reference for the primary school students by doing the the functional trainingg.This thesis using 30 students from Guangming primary school in Puyang city as pretest object. After one week’s training, analyzing the date and the result from students and teachers, modification and arrange the bodybuilding exercise and confirm the final exercise. After that, using this exercise in the second grade from Yumiao primary school of Puyang city、fourth grade from Yuxin primary school of Puyang city、fourth grade from the second experimental primary school of Puyang city and fourth grade from the fourth primary school of Zzhongguancun. In the application process, every student need to take part in this exercise, and extract 10 students from each class by chance, and collecting the date in time. At the same time, each class observed 6 students to external observation evaluate and let themselves doing self-assessment. At last, combining the physical teachers’ questionnaire, clear up、 analyze and conclude the date.Research conclusion:after 8 weeks experiment, analyzing the students’ heart rate、observed result、physical teachers’ documents and the students’ self-assessment, it can get that the the functional trainingg could adapt the elementary school students’ physical and mental development and adapt the physical developmental level. Further more, it could improve their physical fitness effective.The the functional trainingg could improve their physical fitness and their body posture and life style. At the meantime, it also could enrich the break’s activity content, and increase students’ interest to physical education. So suggesting popularization and application the the functional trainingg through the big break in the primary school.
