Oral communication activity is the main way and means of doing basic social acti vities. From the function of individual development, acquisition of one’s knowledge an d enhancement of one’s skills are heavily dependent on oral communication activities.From the function of social development, putting forward citizens’ language ability of national level need us to pay more attention to basic education of oral communication t o enhance citizens’ language ability to express.Middle school students are active in thinking and their study is plastic and they are easy to train the oral competence, so this basic research is aimed at middle school stud ents. In the aspect of action, we mainly research the way of evaluating oral communica tion, to improve the quality of evaluation. Evaluation value of oral communication is e mbodied in training students to have practical ability of oral communication. Therefore,social development needs us to focus more on evaluation of oral communication ’s teaching and complete the work of evaluating well.Firstly, through the questionnaire survey of evaluating oral communication ability of middle school period, to obtain more detailed information. As for subject options in effective material of recycling, we make concrete analysis, and list detailed data table a ccording to the survey. From the data, we find that the level of students’ oral communic ation ability is generally low, and there are a series of specific issues in teaching and ev aluating in oral communication. Thus we analyze the main reason for hindering the furt her development of this ability in middle school students: the teacher does not take the oral assessment; they are lacking in reasonable practical way for evaluating.To solve the above problems, this study is based on the new curriculum standard id ea, relying on the new standard, analyzing the assessment target of oral communication in middle school period and as a direction for the research of assessment method of or al communication. Thus, from the perspective of time and space of implementation of evaluating oral communication, we try to establish double platforms of training evaluat ion: in the classroom and outside the classroom. In addition to make full use of the spe cial oral communication class, we should also integrate the practice and assessment of oral communication in the Chinese reading class, writing class and comprehensive stud y. We also need to pay more attention to the teaching evaluation of communication activities in extracurricular life.Secondly, this essay is based on the psychological state of development of students in middle school period, from the theoretical research results of predecessors and it ha s the analysis of related theories, and we put forward and create a diversified method fo r evaluating. And this method breaks up singleness in method of evaluation, and multip le subjects involve evaluation, and platform of implementing evaluation extends in two dimensions of space and time accordingly. Macro scope mainly covers the“oral transf erring test” and “verbal test”.Thirdly, we mainly introduce the“verbal test”of oral communication, from the tw o aspects of formal evaluation and informal evaluation. In the verbal evaluation, we sel ect typical cases and according to different types of oral communication cases, we list t he detailed operating methods and references for evaluation. The choice of evaluation methods should be scientific, and have comprehensive consideration of the students’ ab ility level, development status, the specific situation of the evaluation activity and speci fic requirements and goals of the activity.Finally, we analyze implementation of multiple evaluation in a comprehensive dyn amic tracing way. Many subjects involve, from the aspects of students’ classroom, extr a-curricular life and so on. As for this evaluating method, we find that through compari sons in implementation and after implementation: students’ emotional attitude, and co mmunication state also have a remarkable change, and it also improves in expressing. I t means that use of way of multiple evaluation way has achieved certain success.
