With the rapid development of society, kindergarten teachers as promoters of preschool education are given higher professional expectations. China’s current rural preschool education popularization rate is low, the development is relatively lagging behind, therefore, rural preschool teachers than city preschool teachers are facing more and more challenges and pressures, when teachers can effectively alleviate the pressure from work that would be in a negative cycle, resulting in physical and mental exhaustion, this is the occupation burnout. Therefore, in order to make steady progress of preschool education, preschool teachers in rural areas and let the children to experience the healthy development, it is necessary to understand the status of rural preschool teachers’ occupation burnout, the main causes of rural preschool teachers occupation burnout.This research selects different types of kindergartens in rural areas of Henan province a total of 327 preschool teachers as the research object, using literature method, questionnaire method and interview method, from the emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment three dimensions of occupation burnout of preschool teachers and its influencing factors were studied, and on this basis, some suggestions to alleviate the Henan province rural preschool teachers occupation burnout is proposed.The results of the study show that Henan province rural preschool teachers exist occupation burnout, emotional exhaustion which is most obvious, and personal accomplishment and depersonalization was not obvious; preschool teachers in different age and different number of classes, increasing in the degree of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization; with the increase of age, level of emotional exhaustion of preschool teachers is also increasing; and where the class is different, go to the kindergarten teachers in nature The differences in the level of different; the different marital status of preschool teachers have significant differences in personal accomplishment.The main influencing factors of Rural Kindergarten Teachers’ Job Burnout: parents demand too much, not really respect teachers; community of preschool teachers have high expectations; the religion work burden; safety responsibility make kindergarten teachers overwhelmed; salary; spot checks and all kinds of activities emerge in an endless stream; preschool teachers’professional development needs not met; different age and seniority also on Job Burnout of preschool teachers.In order to alleviate the job burnout of rural preschool teachers in Henan Province, the preschool teachers in rural areas should be a correct understanding of burnout and reasonable to vent their emotions, and parents of mutual trust and understanding and improve their own quality; of social and management departments of advice is clear in Henan Province Rural Preschool Teachers’ identity and status, to improve the benefits; education department and the kindergarten should be carried out various forms of psychological counseling; improve the rural preschool teachers working environment and conditions; to guarantee the rural preschool teachers training opportunities; society and deal with the parents of preschool teachers in rural areas holds a reasonable expectation, the preschool education professional schools should improve the students of vocational training.
