The focus of the fine arts education is to cultivate students individual difference,students’ practical ability. Under the background of new curriculum of middle school fine arts teaching evaluation research is beneficial to the all-round development of teachers and students, is conducive to smoothly to meet the new curriculum for the student in the teaching of art learning demands, this topic research for the improvement of middle school classroom teaching of fine arts has a role in promoting. For a long time,both in primary school and junior high school art class is ignored a course, so the fine arts teaching evaluation has been neglected, which affected the students’ all-round development. Traditional fine arts teaching evaluation is unitary, the discretion of the skills as the only evaluation standard, do not take the process of value only as a result,in the evaluation of teaching is only the teacher to student’s evaluation, there is no students their own evaluation, evaluation and only homework, for the relevant evaluation without some art activities, evaluation itself is too single, too absolute, which seriously affected the long-term development of students. In order to students can get the development of the overall health, so under the background of new curriculum of middle school fine arts teaching evaluation research is necessary, is imperative. This is not only the need of the new curriculum reform in the new era, is also the needs of the development of all aspects of people’s health.No matter under the background of what kind of education of the students’ all-round development is the most important health, cultivate the students’ individual differences, students’ practical ability is the purpose of art education. Fine arts teaching evaluation as to improve teachers’ professional ability, training students’ fulldevelopment important system, is worthy of attention and delve into. The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is the preface part, around improve middle school fine arts teaching evaluation in our country, the essay discusses the significance of the subject, this paper expounds the implementation of the system middle school fine arts teaching the necessity of the evaluation strategy, and the research contents and methods.The second part is the teaching evaluation and the fine arts teaching evaluation, first of all for teaching evaluation, and explains the art teaching evaluation, then the several types of the teaching evaluation, middle school fine arts teaching evaluation function and principle, this paper discusses the characteristics of middle school fine arts teaching evaluation. The third part is about the connotation of the fine arts teaching of middle school under the background of new curriculum evaluation and transformation are studied and analyzed. The fourth part is the fine arts teaching of middle school under the background of new curriculum evaluation methods has made some discussions,including the high school fine arts appreciation part, painting, art design, some evaluation methods. The fifth part is the conclusion part, the paper summarizes the conclusion of the study.
