Reading and writing occupy an important position in the high school Chinese teaching, between the two promote each other, inseparable. For Chinese teaching, in order to improve the ability of students’ language comprehension and expression,the combination of training reading and writing, namely writing with the reading drive and reading with the writing drive, is essential. In the first-line teaching, however, most of the high school language teachers only pay attention to the novel and unique of teaching methods and ignore the essential relationship between reading and writing; Although, some teachers understand the inner link between reading and writing, there are still exists some problems when using specific teaching strategies. Based on discussing the realistic significance that is the development history of the relationship between reading and writing and the combination of reading and writing, and analyzing the existing problem of teaching and reading and the combination of writing and reading on today’s high school Chinese teaching, this paper emphatically focus on discussing the teaching strategies that using the combination of reading and writing in practice: Firstly, through reading to absorb the nutrition of writing, which includes reading extensively, paying attention to the accumulation of writing material, by reading comprehend writing, swallowing something meaningful, improving the aesthetic, etc. Secondly, improving the quality of reading from writing. From three aspects which includes strengthen writing training to stimulate interest in reading, divergent think writing to improve the level of writing and transfer the perspective of writing to awaken the experience of reading, to building the platform of generating writing motivation. What completing the teaching process of combining with reading and writing requires is that respect the main body to strengthen consciousness, digest the meaning from in-class and out of class, communicate between multiple evaluation, etc. Wishing this research has the innovative teaching guiding on the combination of reading and writing from the perspective of promoting reading and writing in combination with teaching practice.
