Because of a variety of reasons such as lack of relevant policy and social support networks, and unreasonable school teaching system, migrant school teachers faced serious pressure issue from heavy teaching task, poor wages benefits and low social acceptance. Group work as one of the three methods of social work, has a unique advantage in the stress of teachers in the migrant children school. Combining with their actual condition and the status of L school,the author relied on the identity of school social worker, through group activities to promote the communication between teachers and establish mutual support network in order to improved the current stress state of L school teachers.At the same time, the author puts forward some thoughts on the role of social workers and power relations, service continuity localization of social work and policy response through practical experience, hoping to provide reference for the social work involved in the teacher problem in Migrant primary school.
