In this study, by using the method of literature, investigation method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and other research methods, with special teaching badminton course as the research object, to Shanghai city 11 reform pilot high school served as feather hair ball of the special class of physical education teachers and participate in badminton special class students as the research object, of badminton course, PE teachers and students to participate in the actual situation, the implementation of effect and influencing factors of overall investigation and analysis, thus to Shanghai high in Badminton Class Implementation specialization teaching present situation relatively objective conclusion, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.In conclusion:1. Specific Teaching badminton lesson in setting more reasonable, PE teachers the flexibility to adjust the organizational form of teaching, teaching content more in line with “high school sports special” of the standard curriculum, but more traditional teaching methods, is not conducive to stimulate students’ interest in learning, and lack of teaching space, affecting the smooth development of special education.2. Minor proportion of young teachers, is not conducive to change the traditional mode of teaching and promote the development of new sports teaching mode, and a serious lack of specialized PE teachers, special teachers in urgent need of appropriate sport was added to the high school, but most of the teachers teaching in special still more interested in, and have some knowledge of this reform, but the degree of understanding is not comprehensive enough.3. Comparison of badminton by senior high school students, especially girls loved to cultivate students ’interest in physical education, students’ level of motor skills gradually improved, but because of the intensity of physical exercise less special for the special master motor skills there is a certain degree ofdifficulty, but also to study theoretical knowledge is not comprehensive enough,needs to be strengthened.4. The implementation of special badminton lesson teaching helps students to master motor skills and theoretical knowledge, and to exercise more targeted.Students can feel the charm of movement, increased interest in physical exercise,and am willing to badminton as a way for future exercise. However, due to high school students culture courses pressure, time is tight, there is not sufficient time for physical exercise, improve students’ physical fitness is not obvious, not yet fully achieve the intended purpose of the special teaching.5. Most school leaders compare with the times in terms of ideology, special support to sports teaching, and the reform of PE teachers is more vision. But the lack of teachers in their own special skills and theoretical knowledge, lack of venues and facilities, teaching content distribution unreasonable, assessment content and assessment standards will affect the smooth implementation of the irrational Specialized Teaching.
