As the main form of Ideological and moral education in junior high school, ideological and moral education is a compulsory moral education curriculum, which is the basis of Ideological and political education, can teach students to establish a correct outlook on life, world outlook and values, guide students how to live and how to survive, and to have a very close relationship with China’s social economy, politics and culture. However, in a very long time, because of the social, parents and students for the ideological and moral education is very indifferent, think this course is set up by the ideal of education, in the teaching content is more abstract, and the teaching method is relatively simple, the evaluation is too simple, so that the whole teaching of the link is lack of vivid and practical. The teaching process from the student’s life reality, and the students’ main body found the demand does not match, resulting in a certain extent, the initiative and creativity of students were killed, can not achieve the teaching objectives.This paper puts emphasis on the important role of life practice in improving the teaching effect of Ideological and moral education. This paper puts forward a new life power for the ideological and moral education in junior middle school, and provides reference for future research. With the guidance of the new curriculum reform, the problems and reasons of the life oriented practical teaching of Ideological and moral education are demonstrated, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the improvement of the teaching effect of moral education.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction part, introduces the research background, research significance, research ideas and research methods.The second part of this thesis is the first big problem, mainly to the junior middle school thought moral education of life oriented teaching of the relevant concepts were defined, elaborated on the necessity and significance of the life of junior high school ideological and moral education.The third part of this paper is the second major problems, from the teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, teacher-student relationship and teaching evaluation of the five aspects of the junior high school moral education in the implementation of the existing problems.The fourth part is the third major issues of this paper, which mainly analyzes the reasons of the problems in the teaching of Ideological and moral education in junior middle school.The fifth part is the fourth major problems of this paper, the junior middle school moral education should follow the principle of life oriented teaching, improve the teaching of Ideological and moral education should take the countermeasures.
