Today, in order to pursue vocational education development and improve school quality by analyzing the learning needs of personnel training as a bridge between employers and students. Vocational learning needs analysis is the core professional competence in this study. A national vocational high school students in Numerical Control major is an object of this study. Literature study, Delphi method, interviews, questionnaires, single-action evaluation and other research methods are used to obtain first-hand information of students. On basis of the analysis of school curriculum and teaching issues and put forward relevant suggestions.This study is divided into five chapters.Chapter one is about the research background and significance of this study; the relevant literatures were analyzed and reviewed; core concepts were identified; research ideas and methods also will be explained.The second chapter analyzes the vocational students’ability required through interviews with relevant personnel of the enterprise, which combined with mid-level national vocational qualification standards. On the other hand, the key competencies required were obtained through literature and the Delphi method.The third chapter analyzes the professional competence in vocational NC Majors In a three-week internship that based on the use of single-action assessment. And the key competencies of NC vocational students were conducted by a questionnaire survey in its personnel.The fourth chapter by comparison gap existing vocational NC Majors professional ability and professional competence between the goal to give the students’ professional skills and key competencies of both learning needs. In terms of professional competence learning needs including drawings processing requirements analysis capabilities, parts CNC machining process design capabilities, CNC machining program manual preparation capacity. Learning needs in key capabilities include the ability to include a self-learning, honest, career planning capability.Based on this analysis the possible presence of school curricula and teaching on issues:Curriculum school curriculum targeting the presence of too macro, there is no binding region of the actual production. Lack of flexibility, cannot meet the learning needs of students and other issues curriculum. Teaching Target Positioning teaching fuzzy, out of touch with business needs. Teaching content lag, cannot meet the development of production technology. Single teaching method, and practice teaching weak. Teaching evaluation system is imperfect, the lack of process evaluation and other issues.The fifth chapter builds a selective curriculum system, which based on the presence of Zhejiang province secondary vocational school reform and the related curriculum issue. Depending on the presence of teaching problem, action-oriented teaching Reform of educational reform strategy was issued, that is to improve students’ professional ability and satisfied with study needs in teaching; Teaching contents are close to the job requirements, adapt to the development of production technology; Action-oriented teaching methods; and transform the teaching evaluation from focusing on results to on both the process and the results.
