As a new form of educational informationization,"Internet + Education" will exert a tremendous impact on learning,teaching and organization modes and bring profound impact on educational philosophy and system.As the dominant factor in the process of education,teachers’ ability of using information technology has a direct impact on the development of education information and the realization of the goal of education modernization.In the long run,if we want to improve the teachers’education level bettr and faster,we must strictly control the "source",that is,we must strengthen the training of our country’s college students’ information technology application ability,which is of great significance to building a group of high-quality,Professional teachers have great significance.Under the new educational environment and the times,what are the contents of the information technology application capacity of normal students?How to use the advantages of "Internet +" to improve the training methods and methods to meet the needs of the development of education informationization,which is what we need to think about problem.This study uses "Internet + Education" as a new form of educational informationization,and analyzes the impact of "Internet+" environment on primary and secondary education and the new environment requirements for teachers’ IT application capabilities.Based on the analysis of teacher’s work requirements Guiding the Construction of Normal University Information Technology Application Ability System.Secondly,this paper analyzes the status quo of applying information technology ability of normal students and in-service teachers through the dimension of information technology application ability of normal university students.In this research,we take 16 courses of modern education technology as the research object,The status quo of students training in normal school and the Project of Improving the Information Technology Applied Ability of Primary and Middle School Teachers in Zhejiang Province are studied to understand the current situation of in-service teacher training and to analyze the teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching modes and methods,teaching evaluation and so on.Thirdly,based on the existing problems in the application of ICT ability of normal university students,we take the work demand of teachers as the main line of curriculum design and the new form of educational information represented by"Internet + Education" as the clues of content design.We give some suggestions from the aspects of curriculum content design,teaching environment,teaching resources,teaching staff building,teaching modes and methods,teaching evaluation and so on.Finally,the conclusion of the research,the innovation point and the insufficiency of the research are elaborated,and a certain prospect of the research is given.
