With the social transformation progresses, the society needs a large number of highly qualified technical skilled personnel. The Secondary vocational education as the culture medium level of high-quality technical skilled personnel has vital responsibility. To culture high-quality personnel and achieve the “moral education first" the philosophy of education,we will have to attach great importance to the secondary vocational moral education. The secondary vocational moral teaching as the main channel of the secondary vocational moral education, also has its important historic mission. But the secondary vocational moral teaching is facing internal and external embarrassing situation.On the one hand, the social environment which is filled different value but has no moral consensus and is in confusion makes moral teaching face great challenges. On the other hand, the teaching result is not good;the relationship between teachers and students is not well; the classroom discipline is poor and so on. These issues are too urgent to resolve.This study was based on the reality about lack of effectiveness of the secondary vocational moral teaching. Through analysis of the research results from home and abroad,this study aimed to resolve this issue. In order to reason clearly the relationship between the secondary vocational moral teaching and the life world, in first the article analyzed the content of the life-world deeply based on the life world theory of Husserl, Heller and Habermas. And the article considered the life world is people’s daily life which its features included: the state of comfortable and real, equality and diversity, communicative dialogue and foundation.By analyzing internal relations of the moral education and life-world and further analysis of the intrinsic link of the secondary vocational moral teaching and life-world,the article considered: the secondary vocational moral teaching is based on life-world;the secondary vocational moral teaching is a kind of value choosing life education; t he secondary vocational moral teaching has order reproduction function. Then through the analysis of questionnaire results and the main obstacles of the secondary vocationa l moral teaching going near life-world, the article drew the corresponding countermeas ures and suggestions: 1, upgrade and enhance the concept of the teaching theory, inclu ding student-centered, life teaching and communication of Moral Education. 2, improve the environment to promote the teaching effectiveness, mainly to improve school environment, family environment, social environment.3,strengthen the teacher culture to imp rove teaching management standardization, including teachers’ self-development and sch ool of teaching management innovation. 4, enhance the ability to improve the teaching of life, including formulating moral goal related life, choosing moral content related t o life, using moral methods related to life.
