Problems And Countermeasures Research Of Private University Counselors

As an important part of higher education, private universities play an extremely important role. Because of its batch and admission scores and other reasons, the overall academic performance of students is quite ordinary, and their self-learning ability is weak, their learning attitude needs to be improved as well. On the contrary, they are active, having strong ability to accept new things which requires their instructors have a high quality, in response to problems in the ideological and political education process, and to cultivate qualified students, so that to increase the social influence of private universities. Therefore, enhancing the overall quality of the instructors is particularly important.This essay starts from the actual situations of counselors in the private universities instructors’ work from multiple perspectives of universities, teachers, and students. In addition, I will put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the reconstruction of overall quality and ability of instructors in private universities, based on the actual situation in Jilin private universities and related theory and practice.
