Autonomous learning is a chief subject in the research on education at present.As an ability to learn, autonomous learning not only contributes to the improvement of students’performance at school, but also lays the foundation of their lifelong study and development.Researches on autonomous learning more, and action research on the korean minority students in a middle school autonomous learning ability training is still very rare. Thus, by choosing Yanji city, the korean minority studentes in a middle school as the research object, understand and analyze the current situation of autonomous learning ability in a middle school among the korean minority students, training programs designed to enhance autonomous ability of the korean minority students in a middle school. To provide some useful lessons for domestic help and follow-up of research and practice.Through questionnaires and nearly four months of action research, draw the following conclusions:1, The korean minority students in a middle school autonomous learning ability in general the overall level of autonomous learning ability exist significant differences among different groups.2, The korean minority students in a middle school autonomous learning external factors in the general level, autonomous learning ability and autonomous learning ability external factors were positively correlated, in accordance with the relevant degree level followed by family factors, the teaching material factors, teacher factors, peer factors.3, Action Research results show that:autonomous learning ability training can improve the korean minority students in a middle school autonomous learning ability, and the results are obvious.4, Autonomous learning ability training programs can improve the korean minority students in a middle school autonomous learning ability,which metacognitive guidance training for the korean minority students in a middle school autonomous learning ability to change the amount of 17.1%, the highest; learning motivation training on the korean minority students in a middle school autonomous learning ability to change the amount of 9.3%, the lowest.Based on the above conclusions, the following recommendations:1, Materials or guidelines for the preparation guide independent learning.2, The teachers should be individualized, consciously develop their autonomous learning ability, so that when the culture personalization and differentiation.3, Parents should pay attention to parental education students independent study habits;parental education to strengthen inter-generational communication and feedback.
