Process Oriented Research On Evaluation Of Micro Venture Philanthropy Program

In recent years, local government pay more and more attention to the micro venture philanthropy. Micro venture Philanthropy project as a special form, is developing very well especially in the cities with rapid economic development all over the country. Each country catered to the calling of the government, applying for micro philanthropy venture projects. Changshu followed the trend of Suzhou venture philanthropy project undertaken by the Women’s Federation launched, carried out the first micro-venture projects. Therefore, the evaluation of the process and the effect of its implementation, is very important. This article aims to explore how micro venture project process evaluation. The main idea is to study the theoretical basis of the process evaluation firstly. Then construct the logical framework of the assessment process, setting up four dimensions of evaluation system of the implementation process, ways and means of activities, service delivery conditions and links to resources. Lastly, use this system to evaluate "Haiyu Mother" loving classroom projects in Changshu City in process to summarize the implementation of the project. And in the point of view of process evaluation, analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the implementation of the project, and proposed the corresponding feasibility proposal.
