Practical Research On Social Work Intervention In Community Micro Venture Philanthropy Project

In recent years,the social work profession has played an increasingly significant role in community grassroots governance.The government purchases services to introduce social work into grassroots community governance,and mobilizes the government,communities,social workers and community residents through community micro-venture philanthropy.Multi-subjects participate and cooperate with each other,tap the internal resources of the community,and provide more diversified and personalized services for community residents on the basis of providing basic services.As a scientific helping activity with professional values and professional methods,social work is an important force in community microventure philanthropy activities.Guided by the theory of empowerment and the perspective of advantage,this research uses field research method,and uses data collection methods such as participatory observation and unstructured interviews to study the N Street Micro Venture Philanthropy Project and analyze social work.The process of intervening in community micro-venture philanthropy,and the shortcomings of social work in the process of intervening in community microventure philanthropy,and put forward suggestions.The study found that the process of social work involved in community micro-venture philanthropy includes understanding residents’ needs,conducting project solicitation,conducting project review,promoting project implementation,and summarizing project services.In the process of social work’s involvement in community venture philanthropy,there are insufficient support from social work professionals,the lack of systematic training courses provided by social work institutions,the failure of social workers to fully stimulate the enthusiasm of the participating teams,and the limited service resources of social work institutions.question.And put forward suggestions for improving the support of social work professionals,setting up systematic training courses for team building,tapping the internal motivation of participating teams,and social workers mining resources to improve services.
