| Since the reform and opening up,with the deepening of China’s reform and the accumulation of practical experience,China’s social organizations have developed rapidly.After more than 40 years of exploration,China’s social organization has gradually stabilized.In the past decade,the number of social organizations has increased rapidly,the autonomy has gradually increased,and the activity has increased rapidly.In view of the new situation of social development,the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to "adhere to and strengthen policy support to ensure the high-quality development of social organizations;adhere to and strengthen the construction of service centers,and deepen the high-quality development of social organizations." Under the guidance of the spirit of the Central Committee,all localities aim to innovate the social governance system.The improvement of the capacity of social organizations is the goal of the current development of social organizations.Taking the development of social organizations as a breakthrough,the new form of "public welfare venture capital" is used to stimulate the vitality of social.This study takes public welfare venture capital in Wuchang District,Wuhan as an example.Through visits and research,we understand the current situation of public welfare venture capital and social organizations in Wuchang District.Through in-depth interviews with the personnel of the cultivation center and members of social organizations,it analyzes the role played by various links of public welfare venture capital in improving the ability of social organization,and explores the impact of public welfare venture capital on society.Factors to improve organizational ability.The research results found that the roles of various links of public welfare venture capital are as follows:first,project selection play a normative role;second,project evaluation play a supervisory role;hird,supervision and training play a supervisory role;fourth,evaluation and monitoring play an evaluation role;and fifth,project feedback play an improvement role.The influencing factors are:first,public welfare venture capital project orientation;econd,public welfare venture capital project cycle;third,public welfare venture capital initiator;fourth,public welfare venture capital development region;fifth,public welfare venture capital project professionalism.Based on the results of the investigation and analysis of social organizations in Wuchang District,Wuhan after participating in public welfare venture capital,this paper analyzes the public welfare venture capital in Wuchang District from the perspective of rational selection theory,takes the improvement of social organization ability as the starting point,and puts the improvement of social organization ability in public welfare venture capital for investigation,and studies the process of public welfare venture capital,social organization ability The process of force improvement.This study analyzes five parts:governance structure and leadership ability,social organization resource mobilization ability,social organization project management ability,social organization financial management ability and social organization human resources management ability,objectively and comprehensively reflects the progress of social organization ability development in the process of public welfare venture capital. |
