The key part of doing a good job in vocational education is to build a strong team with high-level talents. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should not only pay great attention to the use of internal talents, but also focus on talents cultivation and the internal mechanism, and high-level professors recruited form outside. In order to enhance the core competitiveness,the leaders form higher vocational education should recruit the talents effectively, and cultivate more talents.This article focused on the new normal education and the innovation of higher vocational education.representing the college direction, the status quo of the teachers team, the distribution of majors, and the talents, etc. Meanwhile, this article talked about the difficulties of college development, which combined with the local situations, the economic structures, and the enterprise demands.Based on human resources management theory, I investigated and researched though collecting data, questionnaire surveys and sampling surveys to find out the current problems of introduction and training of high-level talents in City College Of HuizhouBased on the result of investigation, this article clearly pointed out the demands of high level talents in City College Of Huizhou, and also it offered measures to take care of the corresponding problems. Firstly, a reasonable system of recruitment must be set up to make sure that the introduction of researchers needs of the development of the college, as well as driving us to a high level Secondly.leaders can make a reasonable plan to cultivate talents.making everyone promote themselves and fulfill their dreams through receiving better education, investigation from oversea, enterprise practices, etc. Third, set up the innovative talent management system and talent evaluation system through humanistic management theory, incentive theory, and field theory. Further more, the decision makers can take fully use of talents, to make them feel home and take good care of them through high-level talents career planning, the government economic investment, and college humanistic care system. Fourth, With the help of a platform for international cooperation, decision makers can promote the management between foreign colleges and itself, accelerating the precipitation of college culture, introducing the foreign teachers to participate in the teaching activities with local high level talents for build a better college Fifth, the government played an important role in the college introduction and training of high-level talents, so I gave advises as follow on how to ignite the initiative of the government. In the construction of high-level talent team, I focused on the teachers of the introduction and training of "double type" teachers, combining with the social hot spots, and the characteristics of the higher vocational education, expounding the "double type" teachers construction to the influence of the introduction and training of talents in higher vocational college, and also I analyzed the situation of "double type" teachers’construction resistance, and finally I pointed out the corresponding construction opinions through the strategic research.The ultimate goal of the research on the introduction and training of high-level talents in city college of Huizhou, which of course is to standardize to the introduction and cultivation of teachers, enhancing the level of college education, we aimed for the successful construction of teachers, because this will improve the comprehensive competitiveness of college, and at the same time, the high-skilled talents driving the vocational education to a high level in Huizhou area means a lot to 1 the region economy. |
