Research On The Current Situation In Higher Vocational Education From The Perspective Of Multiple Objectives

Abstract:June 23,2014, the Ministry of Education held a successful National Vocational Education Conference, meeting in accordance with the "State Council on Accelerating the development of modern vocational education’views on the future of vocational education orientation and development has made the following deployment: School of Vocational school should highlight the characteristics of vocational schools, and optimize the structure of vocational education, vigorously strengthen the "double" of teachers, and establish the vocational education system that the convergence of curriculum and vocation.However, currently,there are many problems of Physical Education in Higher vocational, such as:the existence of a whole school level is not high; school characteristics not highlight; "double quality type" teachers is lacking; vocational students physical decline and other issues, especially with the Higher the rapid development of colleges and universities, vocational students’ physical health suffered different degrees of decline, according to the 2014 Survey of College Students’ Constitution in Zhejiang Province found that the physical health status is a gap compared with undergraduates,professional ability promotion and the development of relevant industries of vocational students’ are required to have a good physique, therefore, the higher physical health problems need attention.The extracurricular sports activity closely related to the sport second class is popular among teachers and students. It not only can effectively improve the vocational college students’ corporeity and cultivate their habit of regular exercise but also can help enterprises cultivate new talents with good good physical fitness, team spirit, sense of group honor, creativity and practical ability.Therefor,based on Anqing City’s higher vocational colleges second class situation, the paper put forward some effective implementation strategies from diversified goals and views to develop new type higher vocational talents and further enrich sport second class theory for the majority of colleges similar to Anqing region offering the reference and new ideas.Through literature research, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics etc methods and according to the existing four vocational colleges in Anqing City as the object, learning the situation of Anqing physical education second class in vocational colleges,,from different angles like teaching mode,content, students’ motivation, interest, faculty and site facility to learn the second class situation of Anqing vocational colleges. And through scientific statistics analysis to find out the factors that affect the second class effective implement in Anqing vocational colleges.Starting from diversified goals, offering targeted solutions and suggestions to make to the second class in Anqing vocational colleges gradually improved.This paper studies the following conclusions through the investigation and study:(1)The second class current situation in Anqing is not satisfactory,though the colleagues have the physical education optional course,the activities and contents is too little.The situation in Tongcheng Teachers College and Anqing Vocational & Technical College is good compared with other colleges,but the mode and form is relatively simple,all is traditional sports and the second class activities.They can not carry out the second class according to their own vocational colleges characteristics and emphasize occupational characteristics.(2) Sports faculty needs to be strengthened, sports teacher’s innovation ability is poor, lack of site facility, low utilization rate and can not satisfy the second class teaching needs.(3)As students are lack of the understanding of second class and sports awareness,its one of the most important factor which influence the colleges sport’s development.(4) Student participation motives are balanced,but the proportion that "enhance communication "is low.(5) Sports clubs, student team, sports specialty team’s role is not obvious.Colleges are not good at exerting their subjective initiative and didn’t make full use of the student associations、student union and other student interest groups to carry out all kinds of sport second class activity.(6)Students prefer "flexibility" and non-antagonistic sports events like aerobics, yoga, sports dance etc.Meanwhile,some interesting leisure projects like billiards, synchronized jumping rope are also popular among students. Through the analysis of the survey results, found that the second class have many disadvantages in acquaintance, organization etc and put forward to the following suggestions:(1) Colleges leaders should pay more attention to sports,to create a positive and healthy campus sports culture and actively organize activities, propagandize physical health knowledge and hold more activities in sport second class to improve students sport basic accomplishment.(2) Physical education teachers can change their teaching methods in sport second class,they can use game training method、replace training method、heuristic method of teaching etc different teaching methods and means to improve students’ learning interest.(3) To reinforce physical education class and the second class activity communication in different majors among vocational colleges,to learn the western developed countries’advantages.(4) Should fully recognize the complementary relationship between sport’s second class and first class and attach importance to and promote the second class development.(5) Leaders and teachers of vocational colleges should set up a new and diversified objectives oriented outlook on higher vocational talents.(6)Colleges should improve sports facilities to ensure the effective implementation of the sports activities.
