| Research purposeResearch has proved obese children can improve their body health situation effectively under external supervision combined with sports-diet intervention, but it is difficult for them to form a exercise habits and healthy eating habits consciously, and weight rebounds easily. This study intends to explore effectiveness and feasibility of cognitive behavioral therapy in children lose weight as well as Sports-diet Intervention, so as to achieve long-term effective weight loss and improve the effect of body quality as well.Research methodsStudy selected 40 simple obesity children in Shanghai XX weight loss summer camp during June ~ August 2015. According to the clinical random number table method, they are divided into experimental group and the control group, with 20 cases each. The experimental group underwent cognitive behavioral therapy combined with sports-diet;control group only use sports-diet intervention. Both groups were measured in physiological indicators and surveys, compared to basic indicators of two groups of children, nutrition knowledge and nutrition attitudes, dietary behaviors, motor behavior.Research results(1) Before intervention, difference of body mass index, waist hip ratio, body fat percentage between the experimental group and the control group is not obvious, no statistical significance(P > 0.05). After the intervention, the two groups of BMI,WHR, FM% showed significant changes. The experimental intervention group is more obvious(P < 0.05).(2) Prior to the experimental, difference of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,FBG was not significantly different between the two groups(P> 0.05).After the intervention groups were significant changes were statistically significant(P <0.05).(3) Obesity knowledge correct answer ratio was not significantly different between the two groups(P> 0.05), the proportion of correct answers obesity-related knowledge has increased significantly after the intervention(P <0.05),the experimental group after the intervention of obesity-related knowledge higher proportion of correct answers, statistically significant compared with the control group after intervention(P<0.05).(4) Before intervention, the experimental group and control group health behavior attitude correct proportion difference is not obvious, comparison between groups have no statistical significance(P > 0.05), after intervention of health behavior attitudecorrect proportion increase significantly, compared with before intervention was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the experimental group after intervention health behavior attitude correct ratio is higher, compared with the control group after the intervention was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5) Tracking and tracing 3 months 6 months later, the BMI,WHR,FM% lower than the control group,TC,TG,LDL-C,FBG were lower than the control group, the HDL-C difference is not obvious. Obesity-related knowledge were higher proportion of correct answers, the correct ratio of health behavior and attitude control group, the difference between groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).Analysis conclusions(1) Cognitive behavioral therapy combined with exercise-diet intervention can improve children simple obesity BMI,WHR,FM%.(2) Cognitive behavioral therapy combined with exercise-diet intervention can improve children simple obesity TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C,FBG.(3) Cognitive behavioral therapy combined with exercise-diet intervention can improve the simple obesity children obesity-related knowledge.(4) Cognitive behavioral therapy combined with exercise-diet intervention can improve attitudes towards obesity in children with simple health behaviors.(5) Cognitive behavioral therapy has a deep influence on obesity children. |
