The implementation of the new curriculum reform has put forward a request for characteristics of schools, and curriculum features are very important in the school characteristics. School-based curriculum of the Three-level curriculum system takes into account the unique and different needs of the school, and schools can develop innovative courses and exert autonomy in curriculum according to their own environment.The development of school-based curriculum is based on the idea of school education, with school teachers working as the the developers and executors and the interests and needs of students taken into account. Thus, it has an important impact on teachers, students and schools.Firstly, the paper studies the connotation of school-based curriculum development, and makes a comparison on the development of school-based curriculum at home and abroad. Secondly, the paper conducts an analysis on the theoretical basis of school-based curriculum development.This paper focuses on the analysis of concrete implementation of Q Middle School Physics school-based curriculum, from making the pre-development survey to detemiining the specific contents of the interesting physics development.this paper concentrates on the detailed investigation of problems and difficulties, teachers’ situation, students’ needs and physical objectives before developing the school-based curriculum. Also, the development of school-based curriculum has been analyzed in detail from theoretical and practical aspects. Meanwhile, it has certain reference value to the development of school-based curriculum in other schools.
