Challenge And Response:The Student Innovative Ability Training At Chinese Private Colleges

The creative ability of college students is not only related to the development achievements of the higher education in our country, but to the further promotion of Chinese status in the international community since the private colleges is a component of higher education in our country, which belongs to the series of national education. Therefore, it has practical and theoretical significance to know the actual innovative ability of private college’s students in our country.At present, there are a lot of researches on the innovative ability of public colleges, however, the innovative teaching in private is relatively less, let alone the research on innovative ability. As private colleges, they should further adapt to the development of higher education and absorb advanced experience and educational theory at home and abroad. At the same time, they should preliminary explore a suitable path for the education of Chinese private colleges based on their actual situation to cultivate a large number of innovative skilled and practical talents, which is a shortcut for the development of private higher education in our country.Today is an era of knowledge economy, which has the features of high-level talents’ competition, and the core of high-level scientific and technological talents training is the innovative ability. Therefore, according to the system of current higher education, private colleges on the innovation can’t copy the training mode of innovative talents in the public. cultivating talents on the innovative education is the first position. What’s more, paying attention to the cultivation of students’ innovative interest, emotion, personality, observation, imagination and so on. The above all is to meet the requirements of the times and achieve the goal of developing students’ innovative ability. This paper, through the analysis of the challenges facing by students in private colleges about the innovative ability, finds out ways to cultivate their innovative ability and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.The study can be divided into three parts:First, the putting forward of private college students’ pioneering and innovative ability.
