Language is the most important communication tool, is an important part of human culture. Composition teaching is an important part of language teaching, good writing ability is the need of personal growth, but also the need for students to get a good development after entering the society.Today’s education reform emerge in an endless stream, in composition teaching, many experts in education are put forward different views, has carried on the positive exploration to the high school composition teaching, and have achieved some results, such as fun writing, five step writing method and so on.These results promote the research of composition teaching, but teaching senior high school composition still exist many problems. For example, many teachers lack of writing guidance for students, too much emphasis on writing skills and ignore the true feelings of the students, writing a single evaluation method, etc.The author writes this paper to talk enlightenment of high school language teaching and writing based on the writing theory of Liang Qichao, investigate mainly from four parts.First, to mobilize the students’ life experience and feelings. Focus on experience and observation, develop personal thinking. High school composition teaching first to mobilize the students’ experience of life, improve the students’ comprehend ability. Create a reading atmosphere, strengthen the reading guidance. One of the important part of composition teaching is the accumulation of materials, reasonable reading guidance can make students form their own point of view. Clear writing purpose, the target readers are not the same, so composition teaching should guide the students to try to figure out the reader’s psychological feeling.Second, focus on the ideological content and structure of the article:Enrich the contents of the expression of real feelings. Writing is a process for students to know themselves and express them; expressing true self is helpful to healthy development of the students. Pay attention to the structure, clear writing standard. Senior high school writing teaching on the stylistic requirements. There are mainly two forms of narration and argumentation, teachers in daily teaching should attach importance to the teaching of composition structure.Third, the reasonable arrangement and technique of composition teaching:effective teaching and learning, step by step. Teachers should make scientific composition teaching plan. Each semester, each class composition training design to be reasonable, standardized, clear. Attach importance to cooperation and inquiry learning. High school students have a stronger sense of autonomy than the primary and middle school students, and teachers can organize teaching in a flexible way in the classroom.Last:The scientific and effective composition evaluation methods:the focus is on the whole, neglect minor. Teachers in correcting student’s composition should be to establish a unified standard, the focus on the structure of the article, for minor problems can be glossed over; promoting writing by evaluation and improve interest in English. Respect the students’thought in the evaluation process, pay attention to students’ writing achievement, so as to improve the students’ interest in writing.
