| Worldwide ecological crisis has been a serious threat to the survival of mankind. Ecology concept has been extended to the field of education. Gradually,people start to view all the aspects of education from the perspective of ecology, such as,teacher-student relationship. In a sense, education is the spirit activity between teachers and students, it can mobilize the teachers and students to improve and develop themselves constantly. So that, their lives been encouraged and became rich and meaningful. However, in the traditional education, the school is viewed as the "factory" which to meet the future needs of social life, the teachers become the "processors" on the line and the students be treated as "products" without personality and emotion. That results into the alienation between the teachers and the students.Actually,ecology concept has been extended to the field of education. In order to improve the tense relationship between the teachers and students effectively, this study intends to explore the relationship between them from a perspective of ecology and try to make recommendations to build ecotype teacher-student relationship. Expected to provide some reference for dealing with the relationship between teachers and students, thus contributing to promote the quality of teaching.The thesis is divided into five parts:Part I:Introduction. It’s a brief description of the reasons to choose the topic of this paper and give an analysis and summarize of the research status in and abroad. Also,introduced the significance of this study and the research methods.Part II:Implication of ecotype teacher-student relationship. Firstly, defined the meaning of teacher-student relationship, ecology, and concept of ecotype teacher-student relationship. Then, deacribed characteristics of ecotype teacher-student relationship:such as,symbiosis, dynamic,integrality,openness,situational. On this basis, the paper proposed the manifestations of the relationship:communication, dialogue, inclusive.Part III:Realistic basis to construct the ecotype teacher-student relationship Learned the current situation of teacher-student relationship by questionnaire survey and analyzed the existing problems.Such as utilitarian purposes, closed space, unidirectional mode, emotional alienation. Then,explored the reasons:utilitarian modern education, limited interaction space between teacher sand students, issues from both teachers and students, constraints of education concept.That provide the realistic basis for problem solving recommendations.Part IV:Suggestions to build the ecotype teacher-student relationship. Firstly, build ecotype environment of teaching; Secondly to expand the requirements on building the ecotype teacher-student relationship; Thirdly create a community of teachers and students; Then, to expand the communications extension between teachers and students; Lastly, innovate the evaluation mechanism of ecological education.Part V:Conclusion. Concludes the paper and prospect the ecotype relationships between teachers and students. |
