Along with the accelerated process of information.he teaching mode is constant transformation.Flipped classroom teaching mode is the one of them,the implementation of flipped classroom teaching mode in Yinchuan has been a long time and achieved some successes but also encountered some difficulties. So far there is less study on the flipped classroom teaching implementing situation in the middle school of Yinchuan. Available literature is almost about flipped classroom experimental study on practical application and the research on the current situation is not enough, and the pertinence is not strong. The students of junior high school during puberty, they lack the interest of study, have less motivated and strong reverse psychology even hold contradictory attitude towards study. Flipped classroom teaching mode advocates students’ self-study from guidance information before class, internalizes the knowledge by the way to solve the problem during the class. Teachers, as the guide of classroom teaching procedure,have to hand over the class to the students. Strengthen interests in learning and unearth knowledge points ability by students’ group cooperation studying and self studying to obtain better teaching result. This paper explores the using actual situation of the flipped classroom in junior middle schools in Yinchuan, by way of the contrasting the difference between schools, sums up the problems flipped classroom teaching mode facing in the practical application,explores the reasons for analysis and proposes appropriate countermeasures and suggestions,the reference should be provided for the flipped classroom in the teaching practice to exert its advantageThis paper selected three junior high schools in downtown Yinchuan,used literature analysis, questionnaire survey and interview survey to investigate the two classes selected from every school and contrasted school management. The study found that the using of flipped classroom has advantages and disadvantages Generally speaking,the application is still at a preliminary stage. Specific existing problems of flipped classroom are as follows. The schools are lacking of hardware resources, teaching environment construction and training of teachers;the teachers have deviation in recognition of flipped classroom teaching mode, roles evolving dilemma,and lack of teaching ability in flipped classroom teaching;the students have different teaching effects of three schools.The survey found that the implementation process of flipped classroom has lots of difficulties and problems but through the comprehend of success of the teaching case and educational purposes of flipped classroom, the teachers still have confidence in this teaching mode. Accordingly, this research combined with existing literature by the using of flipped classroom and gave execution modalities in junior high school by the aspects of school, teacher, student, instruction resource and instruction medium. To develop the advantages of flipped classroom teaching mode and have a better application in teaching of Junior high school.
