| Regional activities is another important teaching form in addition to the collective teaching. Because children can choose the content of the activities, materials, and other companions. It can develop children’s autonomy and individuality, promoting language skills, interpersonal skills, physical coordination, ability to creation, logical thinking ability and so on. However, The research on kindergarten regional activities design is very few. Thus, I will try to use the classical model ADDIE to design the kindergarten regional activities.In this paper, I will use these study methods such as the literature, questionnaire, observation, interviews and action research. First, I would read the papers about kindergarten regional activities and ADDIE model, to clear orientation of experts and scholars and to clarity of this paper. Secondly, I would use the test, observation and interview to research the situation of kindergarten regional activities in X kindergarten in Yinchuan.Finally, I would get together with the teacher in this Kindergarten to design and implement kindergarten regional activities which we use ADDIE model. In this paper, there are two rounds of action research.I will study the present situation about regional activities in X kindergarten, including the teachers’ opinions, the creation of regional environment,material delivery and management,teachers’ guidance,valuation of regional activities. I find these problems about X Kindergarten regional in Yinchuan. such as the part of the educational function of kindergarten regional need to debate; the number of children in each region is unscientific; material updating is not timely; lack of guidance and children’s observation; commenting time is too short; less reflection on regional activities after the regional activities. I work together with X kindergarten teacher to use ADDIE model design and implementation. A (Analysis):analysis of children age characteristics, children requirement, environment; D (Design):design each region hand card, activity strategies for each region, materials and quantity in each region, design teaching objectives for each region; D (development):development each region hand card, activities of the material for each region, the development of content for each regional activities; I (implementation):the implementation process observed teachers and children; E (evaluation):evaluation of regional activities in children’s performance, evaluation of regional activities in teachers’performance. I would find some improvements in the second round, through the implementation of two rounds,I get conclusion as follows:The ADDIE model is applied to design of the kindergarten regional activity, enabling to make regional activities kindergarten has more integrity and procedural; allow kindergarten teachers clear objectives in every aspect of the process, comprehensive evaluation more objective, thus improve the quality of the kindergarten regional activities to promote the development of children physically and mentall.Main strategies are analysis must be fully and effectively; design of the target,the material and the strategy is an organic unity; development of regional activities must to avoid too simple; implementation of each teacher in regional activities must be clear their duty; evaluation both teachers and children. |
