The Research Of The Retiree’s Retirement Adaptability Education

With the rise and develop of the Third Revolution of Science and Technology, human step into the era of knowledge-driven economy. The economy develops rapidly and the medical level increases continually. Human also grows its quality of life. But along with the growing of the average lifetime, the birth rate reduces yearly. The aging problem comes and stands out gradually. With the intensified of aging problem’s process, the quantity of our country’s retiree also grows gradually. The retirement adaptability education of retiree has become more and more important. However, there are many question in the retirement adaptability life of retiree, and material weakness in the retirement adaptability education. Such as how to solve the hidden problem of the retirement adaptability education, develop the happiness of the later life of the retiree, has become a question that need to be solve urgently. Thus, the research of the retirement adaptability education of the retiree has great theoretical significance and practical significance.This paper mainly included five parts:As the first part of the thesis, introduction will analyze the research degree of the retirement adaptability education mainly and clear up the research thought of this thesis.The second part of the thesis will explore and analyze the relevance theory of the retiree retirement adaptability education, defining the concept of the retiree, the adaptability education, and the retirement adaptability education. It will also explore the man’s socialization theory, the lifelong education theory and the adaptive development theory.The third part of this thesis will analyze the retirement adaptation condition of the retiree based on survey. It appears three main questions that the idea of retirement adaptability education is low in their retire life. The range of choice of retirement adaptability method is narrow and the satisfaction of retirement adaptability is low generally.The forth part of this thesis will analyze the existing problem of retirement adaptability education. It has two factors. The internal factor is that the retiree has feeble consciousness and unscientific view in retirement adaptability. The external cause is that the society lacks the understanding of retirement adaptability educatIOn, the educational objectives, the curriculum provision, the model of teaching in the retirement adaptability education, and the introduction of professional talents.The fifth part of this thesis will put forward to solve countermeasure of the existing problem of the retirement adaptability education. It contains that society pay attention to the retirement adaptability education, reform the educational objectives, the curriculum provision, the model of teaching in the retirement adaptability education, introduce the professional talents. It will fight for the society support in retirement adaptability education.
