Under the background of the new curriculum reformation, the educational institutions at all levels are making their great efforts on the implementation of curriculum reform. However, the reformation that has been carried out is not enough for the class management of the class advisers. According to the concept of the new curriculum, the idea of students centered should be strengthened in the whole process. The people oriented management concept should be used, scientific and effective management methods should be adopted as well. The focus of the class advisers is to make the students develop healthily and completely. However, there are many problems exist in the class management in high schools of the Xinjiang production and construction corps. For example, the class advisers’ work can’t get enough attention from schools, the insufficient efforts in home-school cooperation, the deviations between the class advisers’ educational concept and the new curriculum concept, the low professional level of class advisers, etc. All of the above problems affect the promotion of class management of the class advisers in high schools.The thesis takes the Xinjiang Productive and Constructive Corps of 7th Nong High School as the investigating object. By using questionnaire, interviewing statutory and quantitative research methods, the researcher finds the real material of the current situation in the corps of 7th Nong High School. Based on the investigating data, the researcher analyzes the existing problems in he corps of 7th Nong High School in class management of the class advisers. Then combining the related theory, the researcher puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem. The questionnaire is designed by the researcher himself, which includes three parts: teachers copy, students copy and parents copy. There are three dimensions in each copy: class management of the class advisers, constructions of school system and home-school cooperation. Seven parts are involved in the class management of the class advisers, which are the concept of the class management, the style of management, the management of routine work, the relationships between teachers and students, activities, self-reflection and happiness. According to the research, there are some problems exist in the class management of the class advisers, constructions of school system and home-school cooperation. The research divide three dimensions to analyze the problems deeply, which include school, parents and class advisers. The school level mainly includes the workload of the class advisers, the appraisal system on the class advisers and the training situation of the class advisers. The class advisers level mainly includes the cognition of oneself, the mental health education for students and reflections. The parents level mainly includes the educational concept and the consciousness of participation. Based on the previous studies and combined with the educational theory and advanced experience both at home and abroad, the school should build a people-oriented environment of management and to perfect the system construction. The professional development of the class advisers’ team should be promoted, the strategies of scientific class management should be used as well. These are the suggestions for solving the problems of class advisers in high schools.The thesis has its advantages on the full generalizations of the current problems existing in the Xinjiang Productive and Constructive Corps of High Schools. It is helpful to analyze the reasons of the problems existing in the high school class management deeply. The thesis also provide vivid evidence for promoting the class management of the class advisers in Corps of High Schools. Providing references for the class advisers in corps high school of managing the class, motivation and support for the educational reformation of the corps are provided as well.
